What it does.
Pick anything the game can make and it works backwards to raw ore — every machine, every belt, every watt, using the game’s own recipe data. Stack those factories into a world plan and it budgets the whole map: which nodes are spoken for, where the power goes, how many shards you owe, and what order to build it all in.
